Auberge Communale is in a beautiful building in the heart of Belmont, a couple of miles from Lausanne and near the Lavaux UNESCO vineyards.
Mehdi and Kathleen Lang, who are originally from southern France, have adapted perfectly to the Lavaux wine region and especially to the typically Swiss brasserie dishes.
