Ca Passe Crème

Where?
Boulevard de Grancy 49
When they opened in 2018, Steeve and Davide were intent on creating a place dedicated to the art of coffee. With high ceilings, vintage and mismatched furniture, and carefully selected coffee beans, everything looks and tastes good.
That little extra from the food insider "The Lausanne Guide": Pair your coffee with a patisserie from The Sweet Sage! You can also buy your coffee beans in bulk there.
Favourite drink: The chai, iced or hot

You’ve hardly walked in the door when Steeve and Davide’s friendly welcome immediately puts you in a good mood. On the spot (if you’re lucky enough to find a free table!) or to take away, their latte macchiato softens mornings when it’s difficult to get going.

The peerless local small café; Steve and Davide have succeeded in creating a real community. When I want a quiet spot to chat with a girlfriend, we sit on the bench in that charming café with a “dirty oat chai”. There’s nothing more comforting.

“Welcome home” as Davide and Steeve would say when you walk through the door of their speciality coffee shop. A warm place that didn’t take long to conquer the city thanks to the diversity of coffees they serve. Since the end of 2021, they have moved to more spacious premises in order to provide us with an even better experience.
