More info
This old Bernese building has belonged to the Dizerens family for more than 20 years. Today, the fifth generation is at the head of the winegrowing estate.
This large estate’s characteristic is that it bottles and sells the whole of its production directly.
All the vineyards are cultivated following integrated viticulture practices and, since 2023, 6 hectares of vineyards are being converted to “Bio Suisse” organic cultivation. The main grape variety remains Chasselas; however, the Crausaz Estate also cultivates ten or so other varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris/Noir, Merlot, Diolinoir, Plant-Robert and Mara.
Every Sunday, a large buffet brunch is laid out. Advance booking is essential.
