From the vineyard to the bottle, all the stages are carried out with care and attention by Christophe Francey and his employee, who are backed by seasonal staff hired for the green pruning and the harvest.

All year round, wine tastings are organised in the veranda with a panoramic view over Lavaux (a magnificent space that can be rented) or under the vaulted ceiling of the wine cellar.

Nocturnal wine tastings are also organised with the unusual “Nuit des Capites”, an immersion in vineyards lit with solar lights and under the stars.
