The best burgers in the city! The ingredients are fresh and local, the burger of the month is always innovative, and even better: all burgers are available in a vegetarian version. Two locations in Lausanne, with Grancy being a personal favourite.
It’s the place to go to savour the best burgers in Lausanne! Whether it’s the one at Boulevard de Grancy for a break during a shopping expedition or the one at Rue Saint Laurent, they serve original and tasty burgers.
For the best burgers in town, head this way. No matter the address – Boulevard the Grancy (my favourite) or Rue Saint-Laurent – the concept is the same with quality, original hamburgers. The setting subtly combines a contemporary style with a touch of rustic elegance. Let yourself be tempted by the “Valaisan” and, if you’re not too full, treat yourself to a slice of their homemade cheesecake.

Whoever said that burgers and fresh, regional products weren’t compatible? Certainly not Inglewood, a restaurant that collaborates with local artisans and suppliers to craft its menu. All the burgers on offer are made with quality ingredients and prepared on the spot. Dine in or request your meal to go.
The establishment in Grancy has been awarded the “ Café historique de Lausanne ” label established by the city of Lausanne in 2021. At this location, a café was already present at the end of the 19th century. The Avenir restaurant preserved the floor tiling and panelling dating from its renovation in the 1930s. The restaurant was then extended in a former garage. A pretty terrace embellished with greenery and set back from the street gives the impression of being transported far from the boulevard.
