More info

Japanese Chefs craft the dishes of the Kaigan Lausanne from exceptional products and invite guests to a journey into the land of sushis, sashimis and yakitoris. The restaurant offers a complete change of scenery since all the delectable dishes are prepared in front of the guests. They can choose among a dining room especially for sushis and another one dedicated to the art of teppanyaki.
Teppanyaki, which means “grilled on an iron plate”, is the term for meat and fish cooked to perfection.

The Lausanne Kaigan has something for every taste: melting scallops, famous Kobe beef or tuna, all of which will all leave a lasting impression.

Offering a view of the gardens and Lake Geneva, the terrace of the Kaigan is the perfect place to enjoy a gourmet moment.
