Ice cream of sorbet? Chocolate or strawberry? To make her ice creams, Malou Zryd uses only selected ingredients and fruits harvested when fully ripe. Whether with classic or lesser-known flavours, her gelati are all very moreish.
That little extra from the food insider "Jennifer Segui": As well as the traditional flavours and some very Sicilian ones such as pistachio and almond, Malou Zryd offers many unusual flavours such as her delicious black sesame.

Chailly is not the most dynamic part of Lausanne but this ice cream has definitely changed the way I look at my neighbourhood. Sesame, matcha, fior di latte, ooooh, I’m melting. In my humble opinion, this is the best ice cream (light and refreshing instead of overly creamy!) in Lausanne.
