This establishment has been awarded the “ Café historique de Lausanne ” label established by the city of Lausanne in 2021. The café restaurant created in 1995 on the ground floor of a former manor house was one of the first in the area to serve organic products. It is located in what used to be the salon of a large neoclassical building dating back to the 18th century, refurbished in 1826-27 to plans by Milanese architect Louis Bagutti and extended in 1902. The terrace looks out onto the lavishly wooded park.
