The Silo du Lac Theatre located in Renens, offers you various performances. This theatre puts on around 40 shows during the year. It presents its own productions as well as shows coproduced with other theatres or small companies.

Located in Lausanne, close to the Bergières neighbourhood, the Marionettes Theatre presents many puppet shows all year round. The shows are suitable for young children.

Located a stone’s throw from the M1 metro Prilly-Malley station, the Kléber-Méleau Theatre (TKM) presents many concerts, plays, conferences as well as dancing on its premises.

Located at Place de la Palud, the Vide-Poche Theatre puts on performances by local amateur groups and some by professional comedians who want to try out their new shows. Together with the company that goes by the same name, the theatre also organises trainings for amateur artists.

Located in Pully, the Café-Théâtre de la Voirie offers a diversified programming that includes music, dancing, theatre, comedy, puppets and storytelling. Amateur, semi-professional and professional artists take turns on this stage dedicated to live performing arts.

Located on the Lausanne University campus, this 150-seat theatre is a vibrant place where performing arts meet knowledge; an interactive platform between artists, University and audience. Plays, panel discussions, student festivals and training courses enrich the programming every season.

A former church converted into a cultural centre

Situated in Pully, near Lausanne, the Théâtre de l’Octogone is an important cultural venue in the heart of the Lake Geneva Region. Every year since 1979, it has presented a season of 20 to 30 plays, concerts and dance shows.

Open to all and dedicated to contemporary creation, the Théâtre Vidy-Lausanne defines itself as a place where the greatest number of people can encounter today's art. Installed in a building built for the 1964 National Exhibition, the Théâtre Vidy-Lausanne is now one of the largest creative theaters in Europe. Every season, some fifty theater, dance, circus and performance shows are presented at Vidy.

Every year, from September to June, original productions and international contemporary works grace the stage of the Arsenic Theatre. This experimental venue chose an area near Le Flon, a trendy part of Lausanne’s city centre, as its location.

Founded in 2003 by the French-speaking cantons and the francophone section of the canton of Berne, the Manufacture is a leading light in the theatre arts and professions in French-speaking Switzerland. Today, the Manufacture is integrated within the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Western Switzerland (HES-SO) and offers bachelor and master degree courses.

With a seating capacity of more than 1600, the very latest in stage, sound and lighting technology, a foyer extending over four levels and a restaurant, the Théâtre de Beaulieu is Switzerland’s biggest theatre.
