Every Wednesday during the summer, a winegrower from the Lavaux region opens the doors of his winery for an exclusive evening.
After he has described the history of the site, you will walk to the vineyards as you savour a first glass of Chasselas, the prized local white wine. During the walk, the specificities of the work carried out in the vineyards of Lavaux, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2007, will be explained to you. Back at the wine cellar, a three-course menu – carefully prepared with regional products by a local caterer – will be served and paired with wines from the estate.
All evening long, in addition to the menu, three glasses of wine will be served to complement the dishes. If you would like to do so, you will also have the opportunity to buy an additional carton of wine, bottles or glasses directly from the winegrower. You get 10% off the price of a carton of 6 bottles !
These weekly evenings will welcome small groups to ensure an exclusive experience at the winery. It's a unique opportunity to spend a real moment of conviviality and exchange around wine and gastronomy - to share with your partner or your friends !
