After he has described the history of the site, you will walk to the vineyards as you savour a first glass of Chasselas, the prized local white wine. During the walk, the specificities of the work carried out in the vineyards of Lavaux, a UNESCO world heritage site since 2007, will be explained to you. Back at the wine cellar, a four-course menu – carefully prepared with regional products by a local caterer – will be served and paired with wines from the estate.
All evening long, three glasses of wine will be served to complement the dishes. If you would like to do so, you will also have the opportunity to buy an additional carton of wine, bottles or glasses directly from the winegrower. You get 10% off the price of a carton of 6 bottles. These weekly evenings are limited to little groups to ensure that the experience at the wine estate is an exclusive one. It’s a unique opportunity to spend a genuine moment of exchange in a friendly atmosphere around wine and gastronomy – to be shared as a couple or with friends.
NEW FOR 2025 - For this third edition, two menus have been created to give you the chance to discover a new wine estate and enjoy a different gastronomic experience. The first menu will be available in June and July, and the second one in August and September. A vegetarian option is also available upon request when making your reservation.
